Rob Greenglass and Alex Varano in 2015.
Rob Greenglass, Co-founder
With 25 years of experience building refined custom residences in Toronto and South Florida, Rob brings a discerning eye for design and detail. His meticulous oversight in executing the finest and most precise details of the architecture and interior design are matched by his professional and dedicated financial management of Construction Budgets and cash flows.
Alex Varano, Co-founder

Alex, a general contractor with over 20 years of experience, specializes in high-end residential projects. His deep understanding of Building Sciences and Construction Processes has established him as a leader in luxury construction. Alex is known for his hands-on approach, working very closely with Architects, Engineers & Designers, and delivering innovative solutions to complex building challenges.
