Rob Greenglass and Alex Varano in 2015.
Rob Greenglass, Co-founder
Rob Greenglass' life is rooted in luxury residential construction. With 25 years of experience building custom residences in Toronto and South Florida, Rob brings a very discerning eye for design and detail, and a distinct design sensibility to his work. Rob’s meticulous oversight executing the finest and most precise details of the design are matched by his professional and dedicated financial management of your project’s Budget and cash flows.
Alex Varano, Co-founder

Alex Varano, a general contractor with more than 20 years of experience, specializes in high-end residential projects, which demand extensive involvement with Engineers and Architects. A hands-on Builder with a portfolio spanning residential and commercial sectors, Alex is known for being extremely technical, and delivers innovative solutions, leading to builds of exceptional quality. Alex is recognized by our consultants (Architects, Engineers and Designers) as a leader in luxury construction due to his deep understanding of Building Sciences and Construction Processes.
